JOB DETAILS
As a Small Business Sales Account Executive, your role is to have regular & scheduled customer service interactions with your current clients. Your aim is to retain these clients while uncovering additional needs, which may include hardware upgrades.
Your responsibilities include using various methods to contact clients, manage their accounts, and ensure they receive excellent customer service. Much of your time will be spent calling clients, performing customer service tasks, and discussing upgrades.
You will be proactive and curious, asking questions to assess whether their current contract meets their needs and exploring future opportunities. You will use our custom CRM system (Radius) to log all activity and progress, recording information accurately and promptly. You will communicate regularly with your manager regarding pipeline and forecasted deals/upgrades.
For roles with hybrid working: a typical pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. The role offers flexibility to work from home typically two days per week.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Contact current clients on a scheduled basis
* Discuss our range of products and services via phone and Teams
* Complete tasks and projects within set timeframes
* Provide quality customer service consistently
* Report activity, pipeline, and forecasts to management
* Grow your customer base through new business activities
Ideal candidates are naturally curious, tenacious, outgoing, confident communicators capable of engaging with all levels of clients. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. A background in B2B/B2C sales or customer service is preferred. Passion for learning, experience with CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are desirable. Candidates should be team players with the ability to work independently.
