The Role
* You'll advise a diverse client base on the full spectrum of real estate matters, working on complex and often high-profile deals.
* Acting on acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, and investment transactions
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters across a range of asset classes
* Exposure to clients spanning retail, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, and more
* Involvement in business development and client relationship management

About You This position would suit a commercially focused, ambitious solicitor eager to progress in a dynamic property practice. You will:
* Be between NQ and 4 years' PQE with experience in commercial real estate
* Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for property law and development work
* Be confident managing your own files with supervision as needed
* Possess strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
