This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and international marketing team. This hands-on role will support the development, management, and execution of marketing initiatives, providing an opportunity to make a difference and drive impactful results. Being at the hub of multi-disciplined marketing and communication efforts, you will be inspired by the culture of innovation and the go-to-market strategies that you will play a key role in planning and executing. Relevant experience in project management or marketing coordination is required.
The Brand Coordinator works directly with the Brand Team in support of the marketing and communication strategies for the assigned brands. Specific responsibilities include the coordination of marketing initiatives, event logistics, tracking of campaign budgets, and the execution of collateral for internal and external messaging. This involves international site visits to business units that the role supports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Coordinate between business project stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed correctly and on time.
o Ensure brand consistency, including visual identity and messaging.
o Coordinate projects in the project management platform, holding all subject matter experts, reviewers, and stakeholders to the agreed-upon timelines.
o Collect assets for collateral, animations, social media posts, and webpages.
o Manage logistics for events and tradeshows.
o Support sales by coordinating promo items and customer gifts.
o Coordinate activities and digital assets for virtual and in-person events, including building webinar structure.
o Audit competitor content to stay abreast of industry trends.
o Understand target markets and customers and their needs and drivers.
o Ensure proper storage of all marketing collateral in the digital asset management system.
o Collate analytics from various platforms to generate data for monthly or quarterly reports.
o Support social media channels for the brand and create content calendar for assigned platforms.
o Implement a content review cycle and process where all content is revisited at set intervals.
o Build and maintain product pages on nov.com.
o Work with finance and vendors to submit and process invoices.
o Track expenditures for assigned projects for budget management purposes.
o Present campaign results to team members and stakeholders.
o At least quarterly international travel is required.

QUALIFICATIONS
o Degree in Marketing or related field (essential)
EXPERIENCE
o Working experience in marketing or communications (essential)
