Overview of the role
The EUNA Region (EUNA) seeks a Managing Director (Unit General Manager) for the Advisory and Programme Delivery (APD) Unit to provide leadership and strategic direction to their business areas and across the EUNA region. The APD unit delivers project, programme and commercial management (PPCM) services, alongside specialist and strategic advisory services across sectors including built environment, defence, energy, water, environment, transportation, health and social care. The APD team comprises around 1400 colleagues.
The Unit General Manager (UGM) reports to the Regional General Manager and will embed Group, Regional, and Market Strategies. The role builds market knowledge, client relationships, and oversees winning and delivery of projects, while leading their teams. The UGM will be a member of the EUNA Executive Team and act as an ambassador for Mott MacDonald within the region.
