Located in a charming period property with a stunning outdoor garden, our nursery features an on-site forest school and an outside classroom. We provide a warm and friendly environment for children from birth to 5 years, fostering their growth through a mix of adult-led and child-initiated activities.
Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, ensuring outstanding opportunities for the children.
* Collaborate with your team to prioritize the safety and wellbeing of all children.
* Partner with parents to meet the developmental needs of each child.
* Assess and report on children's progress to support their continued growth.
* Bring passion and inspiration to your role, actively engaging in your own professional development.
* Be fun, caring, and friendly, creating a nurturing atmosphere.
* Promote a high-quality learning environment that sparks curiosity and joy.
What We Need From You:
* A genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
* Flexibility to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with hours ranging from 25 to 40 per week.
* A commitment to continual professional development.
* Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
