Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and a few emails from customers.
* Provide friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments and related products, including audio‑visual equipment.
* Resolve challenging customer enquires and escalates where appropriate.
* Become a valued member of the specialist Customer Service team.
Qualifications
* Multilingual – excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech, Slovenian or Slovakian.
* Confidence and an exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Some experience of working in a customer service environment.
* Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills.
* Good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment (highly desirable).
* Reliable and committed to providing first‑class advice and service.
* Highly communicative.
* Interest and appreciation of music (desired).
Position Details
Location: Head office in York.
Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Sunday working.
