We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Corporate Programme Management Office (PMO) at Royal Blackburn Hospital. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams across the Trust and wider system partners. You’ll be responsible for managing project lifecycles, analysing performance data, identifying risks, and ensuring robust governance and reporting. You’ll also play a key role in building project management capability across the organisation by coaching others and delivering training sessions.

You will:
* Lead the delivery of complex projects aligned to Trust priorities, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.
* Provide coaching, facilitation, and project management support to teams across the organisation.
* Analyse and interpret complex data to inform project planning, delivery, and performance monitoring.
* Present sensitive and complex information to a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.
* Support the development of project management capability through training and mentoring.
* Monitor project risks, budgets, and benefits, escalating issues as needed.
* Contribute to the development of PMO tools, processes, and improvement strategies.
* Build strong relationships across clinical, corporate, and system-wide teams to support successful project delivery.

* Educated to Degree level (any subject) or equivalent experience
* Experience of leading transformational change or project management in a complex organisation
