Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

The Role:
The Qualified Accountant will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, prepare statutory accounts, and provide professional advice on a variety of accounting and tax matters. This role is ideal for a Qualified Accountant who enjoys working closely with clients and delivering high-quality service across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
* Preparation and review of corporate and personal tax returns
* Managing and developing client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for queries
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members
* Supporting clients with business planning and advisory needs
The Ideal Candidate:
* ACA/ACCA qualified
* Previous experience as within a UK accountancy practice is essential (3+ years)
* Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation
* Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
