Job Title: Property Standards and Empty Homes Officer Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/on site, 2 days remote) Rate: £18.90 per hour (PAYE) / £24.61 per hour (Umbrella) Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a Property Standards and Empty Homes Officer to improve housing quality and reduce empty properties. You will investigate housing disrepair complaints, conduct inspections (including HMOs and caravan sites), and take enforcement action to ensure compliance with housing legislation. Additionally, you will identify and bring empty homes back into use and maintain accurate records.
