Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – SAP

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant specializing in the SAP space to join a high-performing team focused on SAP ERP transformation.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of a growing desk within the SAP market, working with a mix of global consultancies, enterprise end-users, and specialist implementation partners. This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage the full lifecycle from business development through to placement delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong relationships with clients hiring across the SAP ecosystem
* Develop new business opportunities across SAP consultancies, enterprise IT teams, and transformation programmes
* Source, engage, and place high-quality SAP professionals across functional, technical, and leadership roles (e.g. SAP Consultants, SAP Architects, SAP Functional Leads, SAP Developers, S/4HANA specialists)
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles
* Stay up to date with SAP market trends, including S/4HANA migrations and digital transformation programmes
* Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets
About You
* Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within SAP, ERP, or Enterprise Applications markets)
* Strong understanding of SAP modules, landscapes, and implementation lifecycles
* Commercially driven with a track record of billing success
* Confident in business development and relationship building
* Motivated by autonomy, performance, and long-term desk growth
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
