MVP Recovery is the most comprehensive recovery program in the region and we are currently hiring for our Chester County sites. The MVP Recovery program offers a dynamic patient-centered approach to SUD treatment. Our staff members are positive, passionate, and dedicated to assisting our clients on their recovery journey.

Role and Responsibility

1. Provide administrative support functions.
2. Prepare, distribute, and file reports, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations.
3. Gather, compose, track, tabulate, and organize information that may be critical or sensitive.
4. Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and events.
5. Perform new client's orientations.
6. Develop and implement organized filing systems.
7. Manage UDS tracking and systems.
8. Complete intake/referral calls to organization.
9. Order supplies as needed.
10. Perform all other office tasks.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years related experience.
3. Experience working with insurances and verifying insurances.

1. Communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work with all levels of an organization.
3. Ability to work as a member of a team.
4. Proficient with word processing databases, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.
5. Must apply judgment in daily tasks.
6. Ability to work well under time constraints and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
7. Experience in a changing, fast-paced, professional environment.
8. Excellent organization and planning skills.
9. Assertive communication skills.

* Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.


Hours per week:

* 37-40
* 9:00 am-5:00 pm (flexible)
