Overview
A top opportunity has arisen for someone to join our client, a well-known and respected UHNW family with interests in fashion, property and philanthropic endeavors, who are seeking a PA to join them in their W1 based family office. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow in a family office long term - for someone who is used to working at pace, is tech saavy, can roll up their sleeves and help with the basics and take on more complex tasks as needed and thrives in dynamic settings. They are a friendly, collaborative and hardworking team and hope to find someone with a great sense of humour with a big smile and the willingness to get stuck-in!
You will have experience in an office environment in a Team Assistant, PA or similar role; family office experience would be an advantage but experience of working at pace and top attention to detail are paramount. You will have a top work ethic and be ambitious to be successful as a top Personal Assistant in a private office. You will be of graduate calibre, be hands on, willing to support and be looking to make a long-term commitment. You will be articulate and well presented as the role can be client facing at times.
You will be looking for an office based role 5 days per week and be able to commute with ease to the Bond Street area. Some flexibility and the ability to work from home 1 day per week is possible in time (once you are up and running).
