CPG Consulting Lead - Revenue Growth Management (Hybrid, UK)

Salary: £90k-£100k + bonus & benefits
Location: Hybrid (Slough & London, UK)
Type: Permanent | Individual Contributor

We're partnering with a global consumer goods company to support their Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives across pricing, promotion, and assortment strategy. This is a high-impact, consultative role, working closely with senior business leaders to shape strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.


The Opportunity

You'll act as a trusted advisor to the client, leading programs that influence commercial decision-making and revenue strategy. This is a strategic, client-facing role with autonomy to define roadmaps, provide thought leadership, and deliver insights that drive tangible results.

Key responsibilities include:

* Partnering with senior client stakeholders to design and deliver RGM strategies

* Leading multi-workstream analytics programs from inception to delivery

* Translating business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations

* Developing roadmaps to realize strategic business objectives

* Presenting complex concepts to executive audiences with clarity

* Providing thought leadership on best practices in analytics, commercial strategy, and decision-making


What You'll Bring
* 10+ years' professional experience, including 6-8 years in advanced analytics or consulting

* Strong consulting experience with proven success in CPG or consumer-facing industries

* Expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM / SRM / NRM), particularly in pricing, promotion, assortment, or mix strategy

* Track record managing large client programs and engaging with senior executives

* Excellent storyboarding, financial modeling, and presentation skills

* Strong business acumen and ability to influence commercial outcomes

* Solid understanding of analytics methods and statistical modeling

* Exceptional communication and leadership presence
