Auto Logistic Solutions Ltd is a well-established road traffic accident management company based in Rochdale. The company was founded in 2010 and has grown steadily year on year.
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for the right candidate to work in a small, friendly, supportive team as an Accounts Assistant to handle the day-to-day bookkeeping of ALS Law, including purchase ledger postings for Auto Logistic Solutions.
The role involves:
1. Logging both income and expenditure for ALS Law
2. Reconciling supplier ledgers
3. Arranging client and supplier payments
4. Addressing queries with fee earners/legal executives
The ALS Law accounts work should only take 2-3 days per week, with the remaining time dedicated to managing the purchase ledger and other ad hoc duties for ALS.
Requirements include:
* AAT level 3 (preferred but not essential)
* Experience working in legal accounts or law firms (desirable)
* Experience with Solicitors accounts packages like Proclaim (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Attention to detail
The role is based in Rochdale, in modern, well-equipped, air-conditioned offices.
Working hours are 9:00/9:30 AM to 5:00/5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
