* +30% Saturdays & Evenings
* +60% Sundays & Bank Holidays
* Competitive on-call rates
Our service is provided in a 24/7, 365 day environment; shifts include weekend & Bank Holidays
Permanent Contract
£38,682-£46,580 per annum, dependent on experience (salary will be pro rata for part time employees)

Do you have:
* Experience of caring for children and young people who require LTV support?
* A passion to provide high quality evidence based care?
* Excellent communication skills?
* Great time management skills?
Responsibilities include:
* To plan and develop, implement and evaluate a specialist LTV service alongside the EACH LTV team and wider multi-disciplinary team.
* Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of clinical care, safety and support.
* Providing specialist advice, education/training, assessment and care planning and support to health care professionals within EACH and externally.
* Responsibility for contributing to the ongoing development of the LTV service, research and standards of care within EACH.
To support your success, we will provide you with:
* All the training and development required to deliver children’s palliative care including:
o Bespoke palliative and end of life care, clinical skills and long term ventilation training programmes
o Support to attend external training opportunities
o Participation in quality and safety groups
* Regular clinical, safeguarding and management supervision to support your professional development.
* The support you need to enable you to provide safe and effective care and support to the children and their families who use our service.
