Overview
We are looking for a self‑motivated individual with proven ability to manage and supervise a team of advisers at a charity. This role may suit an experienced Citizens Advice qualified volunteer Adviser or paid Caseworker seeking to move into a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
* Provide supervision and support to our volunteer Advice team by coordinating advice sessions and ensuring we meet quality targets.
* Coordinate advice sessions, maintain schedules and track session progress.
* Ensure standards of practice are maintained and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
* Help identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
* Compassionate and patient attitude, strong team player with eye for detail and excellent people skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to use a range of IT systems.
* Experience in a busy environment, positive outlook and commitment to the aims and principles of Citizens Advice.
* Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience in a charity or community advisory context.
