We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Bodyshop Manager to step in and lead one of our busy Komoo sites on a fixed-term contract to cover sickness absence.

What you’ll be doing:
14. Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop
15. Ensuring fleet and rental vehicle repairs are completed on time, to standard, and within budget
16. Managing workflow, productivity, and quality across MET, Paint, and Panel teams
17. Overseeing customer satisfaction, health & safety compliance, and internal reporting
18. Driving team performance through clear communication, support, and leadership
What we’re looking for:
19. Previous experience managing a bodyshop or accident repair centre (essential)
20. Strong understanding of the repair process, from estimating to final QC
21. Commercial awareness and a focus on productivity, quality, and cost control
22. Experience with fleet or rental repair (preferred)
23. Ability to hit the ground running and lead by example
24. Excellent people management, planning, and organisational skills
