Assistant
Manager - 41K OTE (Basic Salary plus Tronc) Live-in.
We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager who wants to develop themselves alongside out experienced General Manager for the Hoste Arms in Burnham Market. You'll be supporting the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations - leading service on the floor and ensuring exceptional standards, leading and training the team, managing our 47 bedrooms and and making sure every visit to the Hoste is a memorable experience for our guests.
The majority of our General Manager appointments come from internal candidates, and we're proud to offer in-house mentoring, clear development pathways and external training opportunities to support your growth. The ideal candidate has experience working as an assistant manager in food-led destination businesses, is people-focused, and passionate about offering exceptional hospitality. They are someone who has a GM mindset and is looking for that final bit of development before becoming a General Manager themselves, and the experience they will get working in the Hoste will absolutely set them up for further success in their career.
