Revenues and Benefits Customer Services Officer x2
Location: West Midlands
Hours:Full time
Venn Group are currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are seeking 2Revenues and Benefits Customer Services Officersto start at short notice on 6-month contracts. These role are on site 5 days a week, Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5pm.
Main duties of the job:
* Providing excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues over the phone
* Handling administrative tasks such as updating customer records, processing payments, and scheduling appointments
* Supporting the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the service
* Displaying a good understanding of legislation, case law, and council policies related to revenues and benefits
* Using the NEC system
The successful candidates must have experience of using NEC in a Revenues and Benefits role previously
