Trellix have an exciting new role for a Senior Manager – Enterprise Technology, to join us and drive customer service by leading a team of technical resources in delivering exceptional user experiences across EMEA.
Your influence and leadership will impact our organizational technology strategy
and you will ensure efficient desktop support, manage global user access controls, and implement best practices to maintain a secure and productive technology environment.
About the role:
1. Lead and motivate a team of desktop support and IAM specialists across EMEA.
2. Develop and implement strategies for efficient desktop deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting, in partnership with other regional leaders.
3. Oversee user access management processes, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
4. Proactively identify and resolve IT service issues, maintaining high service level agreements (SLAs).
5. Implement and maintain best practices for desktop support and IAM operations.
6. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on service delivery metrics.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to desktop support and IAM.
About you:

13. Proven experience developing and managing work back schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks and change requests
14. Excellent capability to prioritize and organize work in a complex environment.
