Job Description: Sales & Office Administrator Location: Armthorpe, Doncaster Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (office-based only) Benefits: Free on-site parking & EV charger access About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Office Administrator to join our team. This role is at the heart of our customer journey, from researching and making first contact with potential customers to supporting them through quotations, samples, and follow-ups. You will also provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure our sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a fully office-based position with no remote working available. Key Responsibilities: Research potential customers online and make initial contact Prepare and send introductory sample packs to prospects Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally Arrange quotations, proofs, and follow-up communications Enter and maintain accurate records within the ACT CRM system Use webchat Support the sales team in achieving targets through proactive follow-up and administration About You: We are looking for someone who is: Hungry – ambitious, driven, and eager to contribute to team success Humble – willing to learn, adaptable, and respectful in all interactions A Team Player – collaborative, supportive, and ready to step in where needed Target Driven – motivated to achieve and exceed goals Skills & Experience: Previous experience in sales administration, office support, or customer service is desirable Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written) Confident using CRM systems (experience with ACT CRM a bonus) Organised and detail-focused with excellent time management Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
