SMART Repair Technician Location: Maidstone Salary: £34,000 basic bonus & OTE £40,000 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5.00pm, Friday 8:00am to 4.30pm, No Saturdays Ref: 29112 We are looking for a SMART Repair Technician to join our client’s fantastic dealership in Maidstone. SMART Repair Technician Key Responsibilities: • Carry out SMART repair work to a high standard on a variety of vehicle • Ensure that all repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality. • Ensure that all work is completed promptly. • Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. • Liaise with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. • Maintain a clean and safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. • Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in a safe and usable condition. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures. SMART Repair Technician Skills and Experience: • Experience with SMART repair technician jobs in the motor industry. • Experience working on a variety of vehicle types. • Knowledge of the relevant health and safety regulations. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Ability to use initiative and solve problems. • Ability to work to deadlines. • Full UK driving licence.
