Job Description
Commercial Contracts & Privacy Solicitor - 3 years + PQE.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with ambitious businesses, delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice within a modern, technology-enabled environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts (IT, software, IP, licensing, supply and e-commerce)
- Advise on GDPR matters, including DSARs, data breaches, AI and controller/processor arrangements
- Draft privacy policies and internal privacy documentation
- Advise on UK consumer law
- Support company structuring and general corporate governance matters
About You:
- Solicitor with 3 years + PQE
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Commercially minded and client-focused
