We provide residential supported accommodation for 45 males experiencing homelessness. Key Responsibilities: The role of the Maintenance Person is to provide a high-quality and safe environment for our residents. Our maintenance person plays an important part in being responsible for keeping facilities, equipment, and systems in good working condition. You will be carrying out a range of maintenance activities including completing emergency repairs as they arise, varying out day to day repairs, VOID turnarounds, decorating, supporting with compliance documentation, and maintenance of building and grounds. This post is pivotal in ensuring we deliver a safe, efficient, high-quality, well-maintained service. Successful candidate will have: Ability to carry out the tasks to the required quality standards and timescales Practical experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Good level of ICT skills Ability to embrace and exhibit behaviours that model our values of integrity; accountability; compassion; passion; respect and boldness. Working in a way that is trauma sensitive and strength based Support, where necessary the rest of the Facilities team in Liverpool and St. Helens.
