Job Description
You have a great personality! You will therefore win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements. Your duties will also include the following:
* Independently planning and implementing all Motel One sales activities, such as customer events and hotel tours
* Acquiring new corporate customers (mainly by phone), including negotiating and closing contracts
* Preparing and interpreting reports and analysing customer performance, as well as your own
* Monitoring and analysing competitor activity
* Gaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation

Qualifications
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
* Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional sales experience or be looking for a change of career
* Be open and communicative and have a positive attitude
* Have excellent manners and strong negotiation skills
* Have a persuasive personality and enjoy active selling
* Enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to cooperate across departments
