Job Title: Hygiene Operative / Driver Role Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Hygiene Operative/Driver to join our team. This role involves servicing and maintaining washroom hygiene equipment across a variety of customer sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities: Service and maintain a range of washroom equipment, including feminine hygiene units, air fresheners, nappy disposal units, and other related products within ladies, gents, and accessible toilets Safely collect and dispose of clinical and sanitary waste, including yellow bags from nursing homes and other designated facilities Carry out all duties in line with company procedures and health & safety regulations Provide a professional and courteous service when interacting with customers on-site Plan and manage daily routes effectively to ensure timely completion of schedules Skills & Experience: Good communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues Ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as part of a team Strong time management and organisational skills Good geographical knowledge of the province is desirable A responsible and reliable approach to work Requirements: Full, valid driving licence Due to fleet insurance requirements, applicants must be aged 25 or over Working Hours: 40 hours per week Pay: £12.71 per hour
