Reporting to our Co-Founder, you’ll be responsible for helping to create and execute a content strategy for ARNE focussing on consistency of visual content across all our channels. Ensuring we are always on brand and promoting our products in the best way. Requirements Deliver luxury content, hitting brief requirements and deadlines. Obsessed over Luxury brands in what they're doing. A very high standard of attention to detail. Working with the content team to make sure works are following the ARNE brand guidelines. Manage campaign photoshoots from start the finish. By using your team being able to build content for our channels including site, app, email, socials etc. Ensuring content distribution to all channels to keep consistency. Be able to execute works starting from photoshoots, editing, graphic design then to sign off. Be able to follow a digital content calendar to make sure works meet deadlines. Management of the Studio team, coaching, mentoring and supporting team members to deliver their best work & grow their careers. Being able to work closely with marketing to gather their requirements and then to execute. Essential Experience and Skills Previous experience working in a similar role across Content, including a Photography or image making background People management experience to lead and support the team Stakeholder management across various levels, a clear and confident communicator Someone who can think outside of the box to solve problems and provide solutions Strong relevant technical skills in all Adobe software.
