Role & Responsibilities
->Work closely with engineering managers, product managers, product designers, and other engineers to understand problems and design pragmatic solutions.
->Write high-quality, well-structured, maintainable code that powers production systems.
->Take ownership of product development from discovery through implementation and delivery.
->Provide end-to-end application support, including participating in incident response and post-incident reviews.
->Embrace agile and user-centred development practices.
->Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement via architecture reviews, blameless post-mortems, and engineering guilds.
->Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to solve problems and ship features.
->Own the lifecycle of your code, systems, and data — from design and deployment to monitoring and maintenance.

->Strong software engineering experience (Nodejs/TypeScript, Scala, Java, or Python).
-> Experience building scalable, resilient systems and APIs.
->Solid database knowledge (SQL & NoSQL).
->Product-focused mindset — solving real business challenges, not just writing code.
->Bonus if you’ve worked with AWS, Terraform, Docker, or event-driven systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
