Leadership Role
Closing date: Our store is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Team Leader. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, and deputising for the Store Manager. You will also deliver great customer service and perform a wide range of other tasks around the store.
About the Role
* You will provide friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful, and thoughtful service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations.
* Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* Ensure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for our customers.
* Support your store manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
* Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store – work closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
* Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
