Job Title : Administration Assistant
Company Profile :
A Motherwell based landscaping company are looking to add an Administration Assistant to their busy team. The successful candidate will be offered a full time permanent contract working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with an hourly rate of £12.60.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
* Dealing with team requests (materials info, addresses, updates)
* Invoicing (creating, sending and basic chasing)
* Organising vehicle repairs (initial calls and diary)
* Organising tool repairs/drop offs
* Posting to social media (once content is created)
* Responding to comments and messages
* Outreach admin (sending info, follow up emails for grab hire)
* Experience in word, exel and gmail, confident and polite when answering the phone
