We're looking for a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to join our Construction team based in Regional UK.
Location: Regional UK + town/city - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

You’ll be providing essential HSW leadership across multiple major construction projects, helping us maintain our excellent safety standards whilst nurturing a positive health and safety culture.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Health, Safety And Wellbeing Manager, you’ll be working within the Regional Construction Team, supporting them in delivering projects safely and efficiently. Your day to day will include:
* Leading and developing a team of Health, Safety and Wellbeing professionals across multiple construction projects
* Creating and implementing HSW strategies that drive continuous improvement in safety performance
* Coordinating incident investigations and sharing valuable lessons learned across the business
* Building collaborative relationships with project teams and senior management to foster a positive safety culture
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting wellbeing initiatives that support our people
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager is great for you if:
* You have extensive construction industry health and safety experience within a similar Tier 1 construction business
* You're a confident communicator who can build positive working relationships at all levels
* You understand behavioural safety principles and can contribute to our "Think Safety Differently" programme
* You're passionate about nurturing and developing others in their safety journey
* You're a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) or working towards this qualification
