Design & Marketing Manager
Manchester City Centre | £29,000–£34,000 DOE + bonus + 29 days holiday.

About Us
We’re Glenbrook, a property company specialising in development, investment, and asset management. We’ve delivered over £700m of schemes across the UK, primarily in the Build to Rent sector, creating more than 2,000 new homes across landmark developments in Manchester, MediaCityUK, and Liverpool — with a further 2,750+ homes in the pipeline.
The Role
We’re looking for a Design & Marketing Manager to join our team of 25 in central Manchester.
This is a hands-on, design-led role, with approximately 60% of your time focused on graphic design and around 40% on marketing delivery and collaboration.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how Glenbrook and our developments are visually communicated — producing high-quality creative work while supporting marketing activity and managing our Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator.
What You’ll Be Doing
Graphic Design
* Create visually compelling brochures, bid decks, presentations, and marketing collateral
* Develop digital assets for web and social media
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
* Prepare artwork for print and liaise with external suppliers
Marketing
* Work closely with our Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator on content for Instagram and LinkedIn
* Support marketing and communications strategy alongside retained PR consultants
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels
Line Management
* Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator
* Manage workloads, delegate effectively, and ensure deadlines are met
* Drive continuous improvement and efficient ways of working
About You
* 2–3 years’ experience in a design-focused or design-led marketing role
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
* Confident designing for both print and digital
* Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
* Experience within property, architecture, or podcasts is a bonus — but not essential
