Responsibilities
* Diary management for the Area Managing Director.
* Organising travel within the UK and abroad.
* Assisting with all issues relating to the smooth running of the office.
* Resolving diary clashes and other logistical challenges.
Qualifications
* At least five years experience as an Executive Assistant at senior/board level.
* Previous experience working for Directors or senior management.
* Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently and take initiative.
* Great communication skills and confidence in interacting with diverse personalities.
* Forward-thinking with analytical problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Flexible, impeccably mannered, effective collaborator, and true diplomat with a genuine love of service and meeting new people.
