Centre Manager Role
Colliers is seeking a Centre Manager for Riverside Shopping Centre. Located in the heart of Haverfordwest, it attracts shoppers to its mix of chain stores and independent shops; this is an exciting opportunity to put your personal stamp on an established Centre. The company offers a competitive salary package.
Objectives
To be the face of the Centre, build and develop positive relationships with key external and internal stakeholders including tenants, customers, local authority departments and business groups.
As a key member of the Property Management Team the successful candidate will prepare, implement and manage the Business Plan for the Centre.
Effectively and proactively manage supplier contracts, maintain service charge budgets, organise essential and preventative maintenance, monitor health and safety systems, manage the operational planning and implementation of events, promotions and other activities within the Centre.
To deliver sales targets, footfall targets, identifying and winning new retail occupiers, attaining exceptional customer service and delivery of marketing campaigns.
This is a full-time role.
Essential Criteria
· Self-starter, proactive and able to meet deadlines.
· At least 5 years' management background in retail or property.
· Capable of liaising with both Corporates and members of the public in a professional, capable manner.
· Responsible for developing and maintaining budgets.
· Experience delivering marketing programs to both customer and business targets to drive KPIs.
· Experience of managing a team and supply partners.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent IT skills, able to use MS Office and bespoke Company systems.
· Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental requirements, ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified (advantageous but not a requirement).
