About Us
Since 2005 we’ve put our customers first at Phoenix, priding ourselves on providing the best possible experience for customers, so they can get the health and safety training they need.
Who we are
After building years of industry experience, our founder and Chief Executive Officer, Nick Higginson, noticed a lack of health and safety training organisations who put their customers first. That’s why he founded Phoenix HSC, a company which puts the ‘customer’ back in customer service, providing hassle free guidance and expertise to guide customers through the minefield of health and safety legislation.
What we do
Phoenix offers a range of training and services to meet your organisation’s health and safety training needs. These include:
1. Our range of training courses, including accredited NEBOSH, IOSH and IEMA courses, NVQ diplomas and our range of specialised short courses.
2. Studying our courses in the way that suits you: in the classroom, whether it be in-person or virtually, in-house, or through e-Learning.
3. Advice from our Account Management Team, helping our corporate and enterprise level customers find the best solutions for their health and safety training.
4. The services of our invaluable Study Support team- here to provide you with the knowledge you need as you study your health and safety course.
5. The Phoenix Pass Pledge, our promise to students that lets them continue their studies at no additional cost if they fail an exam- you just need to pay to retake it.
