Warehouse Coldstore Operative (Day shift)
Hours:
07:30 am to 06:00 pm
Shift:
Day shift, 5/6 days a week
Pay rate:
£13.00 per hour
Location:
Spalding, Lincolnshire
Your role as a Warehouse Coldstore Operative:
* Picking and packing items within the freezer department
* Manually packing products into boxes, ensuring they are fit for purpose
* Using manual handling best practices as part of the picking process
* Performing general warehouse duties such as box making and pallet wrapping
What we are looking for in a candidate:
* An enthusiastic and proactive approach towards tasks
* Self-motivated individuals capable of working independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus
* Ability to prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
