The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading from the front – inspiring your care team to deliver exceptional care
* Developing, implementing, and evaluating bespoke care plans
* Providing strong clinical guidance and hands-on support across the home
* Ensuring full compliance with CQC and safeguarding policies
* Creating a safe, supportive environment where residents thrive
* Championing dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident
What You’ll Bring
* NMC Registered Nurse (active PIN)
* Proven experience managing a nursing home or similar care setting
* Leadership & Management in Care Level 4/5 – highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A natural leader with a supportive, can-do attitude
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
