Farla Medical Healthcare Ltd – a trusted name in the medical device sector – is looking for a highly organised and meticulous Regulatory Administrative Assistant to support our Quality & Regulatory Lead.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a regulated industry alongside experienced professionals. You’ll provide critical administrative support in regulatory compliance, helping ensure our systems and product files remain accurate, up-to-date and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide admin support to the QA/Regulatory Lead
* Maintain and archive regulatory documentation (electronic and hard copy)
* Assist in preparing for audits, inspections, and submissions
* Support communications with external regulators and consultants
What You’ll Need
* Prior admin experience (regulatory or medical sector a bonus)
* Superb organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Word & Excel)
* Comfortable working with confidential materials
* A calm, methodical, and proactive approach
