Overview

Croxsons is a family-run business with more than 150 years of heritage, supplying premium glass and packaging solutions to craft drinks producers and FMCG brands worldwide. As we embark on an ambitious growth journey, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Activation Lead who can convert brand awareness into tangible commercial results.

What you’ll do

* Nurture leads taking them from potential opportunities to marketing qualified leads to be passed on to sales. This is a key priority for delivery.
* Translate brand strategy into detailed activation plans with clear commercial targets.
* Lead account-based marketing campaigns for our top customers, using data to personalise outreach and increase conversion.
* Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and industry platforms.
* Build and optimise email marketing programmes (HubSpot) to nurture prospects through the funnel.
* Develop sales enablement collateral, from pitch decks and toolkits to training sessions; working closely with the sales team to ensure they have everything they need to convert MQL leads.
* Manage our presence and attend trade shows, conferences and events, focusing on lead generation.
* Monitor website performance (SEO, UX, analytics) and collaborate with external agencies to ensure we’re easy to find and compelling to engage.
* Produce weekly and monthly dashboards, reporting on ROI, lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline contribution.


About you

We’re looking for an energetic, collaborative marketer with:

* c.3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with proven success in performance marketing, category management and lead generation.
* Expertise in CRM, digital advertising platforms and marketing automation, with an analytical mindset.
* A proactive, adaptable approach, you thrive on solving problems and working cross-functionally.
* A commitment to our values of integrity, sustainability and service excellence.
* Direct experience of working in sales would be advantageous; working closely with a sales team is a prerequisite.
