The Best Connection are currently recruiting a Procurement Co-Ordinator based for our nationally renowned manufacture, the role will be based at their Brierly Hill site and will include the following duties.
1. Manage purchase ordering for all orders.
2. Track PO’s and ensure timely delivery.
3. Liaise with suppliers on costs, lead times and stock levels.
4. Centralize and track contracts, servicing, leases and agreements.
5. Update the team with any delays or issues with suppliers.
6. Manage and update stock and pricing on in-house systems.
7. Resolve any invoice queries with the accounts team.
8. Act as the main point of contact for suppliers over the phone or email.
Hours
9. Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00
