Role Overview
Paralegal in the International Serious Injury Team at Irwin Mitchell. The role involves supporting solicitors and associates on complex and high‑value cases, including group actions, with a focus on personal injury claims arising abroad.
Responsibilities
* Take instructions from clients and provide legal support, including evidence gathering and advice.
* Assist with litigation where appropriate.
* Record time and meet fee income targets to ensure profitability.
* Participate in team/practice area meetings and comply with directions and decisions.
* Collaborate on group actions.
* Keep up to date with legal changes and attend relevant training.
Qualifications & Experience
* Great team player with a willingness to learn quickly.
* Empathy and compassion toward clients.
* Friendly, enthusiastic, can‑do approach.
* Ideally some previous paralegal experience (not mandatory).
