* Working on fire alarms, warden call systems, CCTV, and door entry equipment
* Completing service and maintenance reports accurately via Jotform
* Providing a professional, customer-focused service while on site

* Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
* Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
* Experience in life safety or security systems is desirable, but not essential
* Willingness to learn full training on all systems will be provided
