What Youll Be Doing

* Grow your portfolio: Proactively manage and expand a designated customer base.
* Pick up the phone: Drive growth through a high volume of engaging outbound calls.
* Be the expert: Guide customers on Rubix products and services, tailoring solutions to their needs.
* Stay sharp: Capture valuable insights in our CRM, keeping data accurate and up to date.
* Collaborate: Work closely with Regional Account Managers, our national branch network, and suppliers to maximise opportunities.
* Stay responsive: Follow up promptly on customer enquiries and quotes.
* Support operations: Handle admin and data input tasks as needed.
