Development Manager
37 hours per week, based in Preston
Up to £53,812.50 per annum
We're looking for a Development Manager to lead our Development and Regeneration Team in delivering high-quality housing projects that meet the needs of our communities. You'll oversee the operational delivery of development schemes, manage relationships with local authorities and Homes England, and ensure our projects align with CGA's strategic goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a role that combines leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
What we are looking for:
Experience operating at a management level in a similar role (e.g. project or operational team management).
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in housing development.
Experience of managing health and safety risks in a similar role.
A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.
It would be great if you also had:
Chartered Institute of Housing qualification.
Evidence of involving customers in designing services.

Working Arrangements
This role has the opportunity to work both from our gorgeous dock-front offices and at home. You should generally expect to be in the office at least 80% of the time, with flexibility given to accommodate business and personal needs.
