Your Role
As OE Leader, you'll lead Original Equipment Operations & Test departments, ensuring that the business strategy is deployed, and business performance targets are achieved.
You'll develop, reinforce and align between stakeholders and internal production activities to optimize inventory, improve business performance and stimulate employee engagement.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead OE Operations Function, of roughly 100 employees, driving culture of high engagement
