Hours: 10 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Managing a team of 22 staff (cleaners and security).
* Daily scheduling.
* Reporting incident reports.
* Conducting 1 to 1 sessions with staff.
* Logging all HR information.
* Handling any issues that may arise.
Requirements
Hands‑on role. Ideal candidate will have a background in managing a team and HR experience. Previous experience within facilities management is essential.
