Job Opportunity: Client Support Co-ordinator/ Receptionist
We are seeking an experienced Client Support Co-ordinator to join our team in a dynamic and innovative environment. This role requires a highly organised, customer-focused professional with strong coordination skills to manage front-of-house operations and support a diverse range of staff, researchers, and industry partners.
About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will ensure a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience for all building occupants and visitors. You’ll work closely with various departments, including IT, Events, Catering, and Health & Safety, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Deliver first-class reception services to all occupants and visitors
✅ Manage building access, visitor support, and space bookings
✅ Coordinate building support services across multiple client groups
✅ Act as the first point of contact for IT, Estates, and AV support requests
✅ Ensure Health & Safety protocols are followed and report any incidents
✅ Support internal communication regarding building access and operations
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Essential Qualifications: HNC/HND (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline OR equivalent work experience
✔ Reception & Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a similar client-facing role
✔ Administrative & IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Strong Communication & Teamwork: Ability to confidently engage with diverse stakeholders
✔ Organisational & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Additional Information:
📅 Start Date: ASAP - contract expected to run for minimum 3 months
⏰ Work Pattern: shift pattern of 8 AM – 4 PM or 10 AM – 6 PM
💰 Salary: £13 per hour
