Job Introduction
Repton School is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to collaborate with the Head of Catering, Executive Chef, and Hospitality Chef in delivering and managing daily refreshments, hospitality, and events. The role involves coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure effective communication of resources needed to meet service demands and adhere to service level agreements. The Catering Operations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer groups utilizing the facilities under their control.
This position mainly focuses on the Senior School but also covers both Repton sites (Repton Senior and Repton Prep) and Repton Enterprises as needed.
