We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Derby.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, but additional weekends may be required during peak
Role of an Account Manager:
1. To build and maintain strong customer relationships at a local level and be a representative of Job&Talent
2. Working as a part of the onsite team to deliver our onsite service to our client and become part of their operational team
3. Supporting the onsite operations team with staffing levels, agency management and understanding their needs
4. Forecasting a recruitment pipeline and supporting with onsite planning
5. Supporting and managing agency colleagues' attendance levels, disciplinaries, and ad hoc duties
6. Carrying out registration sessions in line with the site's recruitment plan
7. To demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes
As an Account Manager, you will need to have:
8. A good standard of verbal and written English
9. Good communication and organisational skills
10. People management skills
11. Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Sense of humour, social skills and an appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
