Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Shrewsbury Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (6am-6pm & 6pm-6am - rotating days and nights) Salary: £57,289 per annum + paid overtime at 1.5x + £5,000 Bonus The Role We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Skilled Engineering Technician to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a key position within a multi‑skilled engineering team, responsible for maintaining and improving the performance, reliability, and safety of high‑speed production equipment. You will work across both mechanical and electrical disciplines, supporting production through effective fault‑finding, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
